First impressions: This office is super friendly. I walk in and the receptionist greets me with a very warm smile. The nurse who calls me is very nice and patient. Dr. Gould is super friendly. She sits at eye level and talks to me about my family and my concerns. Being new to the area, she also gave me some much-needed recommendations from other medical professionals in the area. I love being Dr. Gould’s patient. She is a great doctor! She’s very smart, friendly, and personable. It can take approximately a 3-4 month wait to request an appointment with her, but because of her expertise and the pleasant staff experience, it’s definitely worth it. All of her staff are very happy, very kind, and very professional. Additionally, the office is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept.
