Hear From Our Real Gynecology Patients

Testimonials From Our Patients

It’s perfectly natural for some women to be apprehensive about their upcoming gynecology appointment. And we do everything in our power to ensure every woman’s visit is as simple, comfortable, and professional as possible. Regardless of the nature of the specific visit, providing a first-class patient experience at Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett is always our top priority. With this in mind, we wanted to share some firsthand gynecology testimonials from our patients to emphasize the positive impact that our reproductive healthcare services can have.

With every visit, I am always moved to tears (I wish I was kidding, I get teary-eyed over how caring they are!) by the bedside manner provided at Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett. They are very thorough with everything they do and walk me through the process of whatever is being done. If I have questions, they are answered with great confidence. The entire staff is smiling, friendly, and patient. The facility is clean like no other. The music is calming which helps when you experience a spike in blood pressure from the general anxiety of having to visit a doctor. It all goes away being there. I came from a gynecology center in the city, but after moving to Gwinnett and finding this place, I haven’t looked back at my former facility. Thank you, to the whole team at Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett!

Like most women, I’m used to long waiting room times and too short conversations with my doctor. For the first time in forever, I legitimately feel like a valued patient. With minimal wait times and the personal touch received by Dr. Gould and her medical team, I truly feel COMFORTABLE with the patient care. The efficiency of the front desk team, the warmth and consideration of the nurses, and the personal touch and genuine care from Dr. Gould. There are no awkward questions or tough conversations. Dr. Gould makes me wish that all doctors provided the same “bedside manner”.

My first impression was that it was so nice to see a smiling face behind the front desk! This place was very clean and neat. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, kind, and cheerful. The experience here is a far cry from large, multi-doctor practices with overfilled waiting rooms. It was not hectic, but rather a pleasant experience. Dr. Gould was very warm and easygoing. She presented options in a nonthreatening way and seemed committed to helping me get answers long-term.

Dr. Gould was so nice and attentive. She made my visit a great experience. Her staff made me feel so comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and were all so very pleasant. The office is so clean and modern with nice soothing spa music to relax you. An overall excellent experience. Will tell my family and friends!
