Patients are responsible for covering the costs of all non-covered services at the time services are rendered. Self-pay options are available for patients with high deductibles or who are currently uninsured and want the peace of mind of knowing what their out-of-pocket costs will be before their appointment. Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett now offers financing through Care Credit® for FemTouch™ Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatments. Patients have the option of 6, 12, 18, and 24 month payment plans based on their unique financial needs. Whether or not your visit to Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett is covered, or partially covered, by your insurance provider will depend on the nature of your visit as well as the specifics of your insurance coverage plan. Even for visits pertaining to conditions like gynecological cancer, you will need to speak with your insurance provider before your appointment to know the extent of your coverage.
