Patients are responsible for covering the costs of all non-covered services at the time services are rendered. Self-pay options are available for patients with high deductibles or who are currently uninsured and want the peace of mind of knowing what their out-of-pocket costs will be before their appointment. Care Credit®
Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett now offers financing through Care Credit® for FemTouch™ Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatments. Patients have the option of 6, 12, 18, and 24 month payment plans based on their unique financial needs. Insured patients are highly advised to check with individual insurance companies to discuss specifics to their insurance plan and available benefits prior to a requested appointment. For services that are not covered by a patient’s specific insurance plan, full payment is required at the time services are received, therefore, it is vital that patients know what limitations may be included within their individual plan beforehand.
